Shipping Destination We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping Rates Free shipping on all orders.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods — such as promotions or holidays — processing may take slightly longer. We'll notify you by email if any delay occurs.
Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days after dispatch. Please note these are estimates — occasional delays due to carrier issues or weather are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Change of Address Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at support@goldenhomeessentials.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Once a parcel has shipped, address changes can't be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation We process orders quickly — often within hours of purchase. To cancel or modify an order, email us within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, the order may already be on its way.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, appears delayed, or seems lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it promptly — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
